| | | | | | | | | Present Situation | The Building and Fire Code Commission advises City Council on building and fire codes and all proposed code changes; hears appeals of building official and fire code interpretations.
Council Committee 1 recently interviewed three candidates, including one seeking reappointment, for one upcoming vacancy on the Building and Fire Code Commission. They recommend the appointment of Matt Chaika. His appointment should begin July 31, 2020, and expire July 31, 2026
