|
| | | | | | | | Present Situation | In October 2011 the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE) and City of Vancouver entered into a lease agreement for a parcel of unimproved land located at 4480 SE Columbia Way. The USACOE completed required street improvements and relocated their office trailers and equipment from Kalama to Vancouver in order to provide services closer to the Vancouver metropolitan area. The City of Vancouver and USACOE’s current lease agreement expires 9/30/2021. Because of the proximity to the Columbia River and the efficiencies this location provides, USACOE would like to continue leasing this property through 2026.
