Fleet Service’s staff is requesting that the contract be amended for purchases to be made according to the departments’ current authorized budget in place of setting a new spending threshold.

Authorize an increase to the maximum authorized amount under the agreement to $15,000,000 with Bud Clary Ford Longview.
