Article 3 of the Bylaws of the Vancouver Transportation Benefit District provides for “Regular” meetings. Regular board meetings shall be scheduled by the Board through resolution in the first quarter of the calendar year.  The purpose of the attached resolution is to set the regular meeting dates for 2024. The table below indicates the date and anticipated primary purpose(s) of the meeting.  The bylaws indicate that any business may be transacted at a regular meeting. Also, special meetings can be scheduled whenever called by the Chairperson or by two members of the Board with proper notification.
