Each year, the Vancouver Transportation Benefit District (TBD) issues an annual report for the preceding fiscal year in accordance with VMC 3.40.030(D) and the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 36.73.160(2).

The report, entitled Vancouver Street Funding Strategy: 2023 Annual Report to the Public, is an ongoing annual report to document activities related to the street funding revenue sources implemented as part of the street funding strategy. The report provides an overall look at the funding sources and program accomplishments in 2023 associated with the street funding strategy recommendations including the Vancouver TBD. The report is designed to comply with the requirements of VMC 3.40.030 (D) and RCW 36.73.160(2).
