| | | | | | | | | Present Situation | The East Vancouver PH1 project is proposed to be constructed under the Sewer Connection Incentive Program (SCIP). This project will provide reliable sewer service to 53 parcels by installing 3,190 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer mains in NE 141st, NE 142nd, NE 143rd, NE 123rd and NE 63rd Avenues, NE 42nd Street and Morrow Rd.
On October 22, 2019, the City received 9 bids for the subject project. The bids ranged between $555,000 and $1,080,000. The low bidder was responsive. The bids are as follows:
